Dr. Tempany also drew attention to the agricultural section of the report of the Botanical and Forestry Department, Hong Kong. He thought that the report clearly shoved there was need for provision of agricultural services in Hong Kong, particularly for the New Territories which played an important part in providing for the needs of the City of Victoria. He hoped that after the war some step might be possible to make adequate provision in this respect.
